Panic attack

Of all the events associated with various anxiety disorders, panic attacks is the most impressive. As its name”panic attack”, this show is an assault of symptoms that invade a person on all three levels: organic (somatic), mental (thinking, thoughts), mentally (spiritually, emotionally).

How do you feel? Regardless of the age at which manifests (adolescence, adulthood, age three) regardless of the person’s gender (male, female), panic attack keeps the same clinical picture which is experienced as symptomatic level:

* Dizziness, imbalance, sometimes fainting;
* Chills or heatwaves – cold, warm, alternating between the two states in a sometimes very rapid succession;
* Powerful sweating – sweating palms, abundant head;
* The feeling of suffocation or strangulation – the feeling that we can not breathe;
* Nausea, abdominal discomfort – nausea is associated with abdominal cramps, stomach empty feeling, a feeling of weight;
* Increased heart rate. Sometimes chest pain can occur (in the heart with a feeling of impending cardiac arrest).

Contact that occurs between intense feelings (fear, despair) and how we translate those mental experiences, which is the emergence of these thoughts, at first glance be perceived as irrational. Outer side of this new reality and immediately observable (external reality), there are also inner truth, spiritual (internal reality). This internal reality, some things we are more accessible (conscious), other things less (unconscious).

Losing a loved one, divorce, separation from a loved one, may be motivation to activate the contextual node voltage – the fear of death, or any known illness that can trigger these fears and experiences covered in their own existence over the years.

Where these fears appear? Panic under psychological aspect is expressing fear of loss, fear of death and fear of separation. Where they occur? Clearly from within, from accumulated life history. There are many possible answers. And it is natural to be so, because every person is unique and carries with it the unique history and life experiences covered.
